2017 POSTER & ESSAY CONTEST WINNERS

This Year's Theme: "Litter Bugs Us!"

Litter is trash that was carelessly thrown away and is not disposed of in the proper place. Litter has many sources. Trash that blows or spills from overfilled or uncovered containers can become litter. Animals create litter when they scatter trash from containers and trash bags. People, who drop trash in public places because they think someone else will clean it up or because they cannot find a trash can, create litter.
